Verifiable CPD hours are completed professional development hours that are supported by documentation. When you complete quizzes at the end of each LumiQ chapter, you earn verifiable CPD. LumiQ’s CPD Tracker allows you to review your verifiable hours earned on LumiQ, add hours received elsewhere, monitor your progress, and be audit ready any time with easy downloads of your certificates.

We make it really easy to keep track of your CPD hours on our LumiQ CPD Tracker.

If you are on an hourly plan and you have reached the end of your purchased time, you will be able to finish listening to the last LumiQ episode you had in progress, free of charge. However, quizzes for these free chapters will remain locked, and listening time will not count as verifiable CPD. To unlock these quizzes and earn verifiable CPD, purchase additional hours or upgrade to our unlimited plans.

Quizzes are enabled when you complete a chapter while part of an active subscription (hours package, 20-hour, or unlimited). If you complete chapters without an active subscription (i.e. listening to chapters during the Free Trial period and/or listening to the remaining chapters of an episode when your purchased time has run out), the related quizzes will remain locked until your subscription is reactivated with additional hours or an unlimited plan. As these quizzes become unlocked, you may complete them and earn the corresponding CPD hours immediately. If you are on an hourly plan, completing previously-locked quizzes will count towards the verifiable CPD time you have purchased.
